I recently purchased the Living Social deal but the code I was given was not working on the website - after a very confusing few hours trying to sort it out myself through social media sites I got a direct reply from the customer service team who checked my voucher and helped me with the ordering process. I was impressed with their level of customer care and can't wait for my new bedroom addition.
