US Weekly Subscription - code erro

I purchased a living social deal on September 3 for a year subscription to US Weekly ($34). When I went to redeem the voucher, I followed the redemption directions, inputed all the information asked, and copied the code verbatim from the living social voucher onto the redemption page. When I submitted the form, it stated that the code was invalid. I've sent three emails to living social, and spent about an hour unsuccessfully trying to talk a real person at living social. Ridiculous! This should be a simple fix!
