When I recently purchased a discount voucher for Teleflora flowers via Living Social, the website for Living Social failed to mention in their 'fine print' or details section that there would be additional "service fee" charges for flower delivery through Teleflora. Likewise, when I went through the process of making my flower order with Teleflora onlind, I was surprised by the addtional expense of a "service fee". Not only did this add to the cost of the purchase, the cost of this "service fee" (which was never fully explained by either Living Social or Teleflora) continued to creep up from 15.99 to 18.99, again with no explanation. I like to know upfront what the hidden fees and charges are going to be BEFORE I pay for a voucher. Bad form, Living Social! You can also tell Teleflora they won't be getting my business again, and I'm now quite wary about using Living Social again any time soon.
