I placed an online order for a Leander High Chair in Walnut ($299) on 8/14 and still have not received it as of 1/14. Yes, FIVE months. Customer service has been dishonest, emailing multiple times over the months that the item is shipped and "on it's way, " but refuses to provide proof, ie. Tracking number. Customer service number always goes to a voicemail, and they don't return calls.
