Recliner leather was torn after 2 months of purchase. Contacted Steinfafels to review for warrenty. They stated tear was not along seam but along back of leather thus warrently not valid.in reality, tear did start across the seam and ran across the leather. We escalated to Steinhafels customer service supervisor and he riterated technicians assessment. When asked for his managers contact information he stated no further escalation could be given despite multiple attempts by me to obtain a name or number.
He did state furniture was bought by a second party supplier but once again refused to provide name and contact information of that supplier.
Basically, the customer service rep. Said he was the last stop in the process and would not be willing to provide any names or contact information from Steinhafels or the third party supplier to review the issue dispite multiple attempts by me to get a name or number to discuss further.
Very dissapointing as I have done much business with this company in the past.
