My mother purchased online with credit card $42.97 worth of doll house furniture for my daughter's 9th birthday.instead of shipping to my address as requested, shipped to purchaser address. I Incured shipping charges of $8.00 to forward to correct address. Merchandise totalling $21.99 and made of porcelain arrived damaged. Per merchants instructions, sent damaged merchandise back in original packaging with letter explaining problems with delivery etc. Opened package, read letter, resealed package, stamped return to sender on box and sent damaged merchandise back to my daughter.
