My name is vui le I did purchase sony TV on june 08. I have paid 3 years tv protection plans warranty for $299.99, now my tv have problem I came to see HHGREGG. Store employer tell me my protection plan is over. Because if customer get 3 years protection plans hhgregg automatic cancel one year manufacture's warranty I think that is not the hhgregg policy. Please help me the answer about that. Thank you.
