Horrible Aldo Customer service
I have order shoes online. I placed order on June 13th. Today is June 28th. I'm still not received my shoes. Called customer service and spoke with this guy who name is Sofhony. He was so rude and so UN-professional%u3002From the beginning till the end of conversation, he did not say one SORRY word. The only thing he did was passing the buck. What a terrible, horrible experience%u3000I have ever had in my life time so far. I will never never never shop Aldo again.
