I purchased a pair of Aldo boots which my daughter wanted from Aldo Kelowna. We have been long time customers of Aldo. It took many trips and a long time to arrive. When they finally got them my daughter wore them only a short period of time before they started to fall apart. The heel was repaired but after wearing them once, it fell apart again. We returned it to the store. They lost her boots! They said three different times that they would contact us - they never have, terrible terrible customer service and management. We still haven't heard from them.
