I purchased five pairs of aldo shoes through amazon which turned out to be too snug. I normally wear 9.5wide so i ordered 10's. Called aldo and was told the nearest store to make an exchange (store#2217). Arrived no one was in line the cashier proceeded to wait on me. As there were no prices listed on the order form from amazon she had to phone someone, that was odd seeing as this is an aldo store. After finishing two pairs of shoes she asks me to let the customer behind me check out. I told her no she should finish with me. She then apologized to the man in line and went on taking care of me. The manager then walks up and loudly announced she should have taken care of the man behind me in line. My daughter said no she needed to finish the customer she was waiting on. The manager said i should have gotten out of line because she had to get prices for my excanges as though it was my fault. When asked her name she said just say the manager on duty and walked off. I defintely will not enter that store again. This was at 4:05pm august 15. Houston, texas
