I ordered flowers that were to be delivered Christmas Eve morning... It is now 12/29 and still NO flowers! I have spent enormous time on the phone with them only to talk to an "operator" the supervisors are never available. This company is a SCAM and if you want complete frustration and have nothing to do but talk to people who could care less w/o ever getting flowers go ahead and waste your money and don't count on ever getting a flower in the hands of a loved one. Their last excuse was that there were no flowers available?!!!?
