Comcast XFINITY cable TV is not working properly - Comcast XFINITY TV

I have Comcast Cable TV connection for one week now; however it is not working properly at all. After every 5 to 6 minutes cable TV channel goes black and I don%u2019t see any picture. It says "Your channel should be available shortly". It's so irritating to watch cable TV!!!
