Gee! This problem sounds familiar! On several occasions I too was charged extremely excessive cell bills. One for over $300/mth, then two back to back for over $500/mth and most recently for over $300 again. And get this, these charges can be billed to both Verizon Mob-2-Mob parties if they had not offered you the 'unlimited' in service plan!
I think its time for everyone to file a formal complaint to the FCC or whatever federal agency regulates this service. There has to be intentional fraud going on here, or at least a company who is taking advantage of bad business billing practices. I say it's time we start a class action lawsuit.
