I was recently told by several other "so called" customers of San Diego Wireless that they have switched OFF of the Verizon Network as of Jan 1 and is now on another network which "DOES NOT" include Unlimited Mobile to Mobile in the Verizon Network. Also "DOES NOT" Include Unlimited "IN Network Text Messaging to Verizon Customers". Not a single customer was notified that these changes were taking place... Nothing no written letter, no call, no text, No notification on their website... Nothing! If you think about it this does not only affect San Diego Wireless Customers but also affects Direct Verizon Customers who call San Diego Wireless customers those calls are "NO LONGER" "IN VERIZON NETWORK".
When you call the Customer care they are just as clueless as we are as a customer, they say they didn't know it was going to happen either! Sounds fishy to me!!! As soon as I heard what was going on I called to get the heck out of that company, I raised hell!
A class action lawsuit needs to start against this company!!! Who in their right mind would do this without notifying the customer? Again San Diego Wireless "NO LONGER OFFERS UNLIMITED CALLING IN THE VERIZON NETWORK" NO LONGER OFFERS UNLIMITED TEXT MESSAGING IN THE VERIZON NETWORK"!!! Please spread the word if know anyone who has San Diego Wireless as their Cellphone Provider...
