Giving me $1,000.00 gift card, if I signed up for trial offer. I did that and have not received the $1,000.00 gift card!

They sent me an email that I would receive a $1,000.00 gift card if I filled out just 1 offer. I filled out an offer and received the offer item, but no gift card! Last I checked, that's false advertisement.
