I received this site through a email from them saying I could sign up for a trial offer and receive a 300 visa gift card. So. Needing extra cash and being a gift card hunter I signed up for Rhapsody Rewards. I received a e-mail from Rhapsody showing I had signed up and completed the offer. But Shopzu never showed it on my account.
A few weeks Later i received another email from them... A bonus offer they said a free 100 dollar walmart gift card for completing a different offer. So I did that as well. It was credited to my account in a few days. But still my account for my visa gift card never was. I waited a few weeks, months. Then finally after emailing them from there site (no response but automated emailes back) I sent them the information from my account showing I had signed up etc.
I got a call About a month later with a man telling me he was so sorry for my wait etc etc. And he would take care of my account. We went over what needed to be done and he agreed I was getting my credits. Etc... When i got back online It showed he credited my account 15.00... Not 300!!! So. Being upset of corse I emailed and sent them information over and over *email and regular mail*
FINALLY A YEAR later I received a email from one of the email addresses. Asking me for a phone number to confirm with. After that I havnt gotten a thing... Still no credit. Etc. And now there website is coming up with errors... I am extremly upset with this company. They need to be reported to the better buinsess bureau. And. They need to compensate everyone they have taken advantage of..
