Horrible experience just like everyone else

I ordered online from Totsy.com on November 8 using a $30 credit I bought from Plum District. I paid about $12 on top of the $30 credit for my items. I waited patiently and as I understood my items were not gaurunteed by Christmas I patiently waited for them to ship. My items finally showed an estimated delivery date of 12/29. However, I never got notice that my items shipped. Finally, around January 8 I sent an e-mail to the company asking to check the status of my order (I ordered 3 items). I waited 10 days and never heard back. So finally yesterday (January 17) I called them to find out what is going on. They informed me that they couldn't find my order and would have to call me back. About an hour later I get a call back explaining to me that only 2 of my items were in stock, the jacket I ordered for my daughter was no longer available, and that they would ship the 2 items they had and give me totsy credit for the jacket since I used the Plum District code and the jacket was $16.50 and I had only paid $12 on my credit card. They also said they would give me $15 credit for my trouble. Well, that's fine but I decided to go ahead and give them another shot and tried to use my credit and it wouldn't let me use it! Upon Google searching how to use my totsy.com credits, I stumbled upon this site and have decided I will not be giving them a second chance as my experience seems to be the norm and not the exception. What a waste! Beware of this site!!
