I should have listened to all the complaints regarding this company. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and buy 5 items (all Christmas gifts) from the site. I ordered my items on Nov. 19th and was given the estimated ship date of Dec. 10th. The day came and passed, no big deal since it said estimated. I waited a few days before sending them a quick email asking about my order. I never got a response, so I wrote on their FB wall. They responded that someone would contact me and in the future i need to call for inquires. I found this rude esp. Since in their customer service emailing them is given as on option to contact... They finally write back saying my items would be shipped within 48 hours. Dec. 16th they ship. At this point im a little annoyed with them, but happy my items would be here in time for Christmas.
Dec. 20th I get an email stating one of my items was out of stock and I wont be getting it. 4 days AFTER it shipped im being told I wont get my whole order? Are you kidding me totsy? They say I will get refunded the amount of that item and they provide me with an updated invoice. My first one was $8.02, my new one is $8.03.. So let me get this right, one of my items isnt included, and its costing me. 01 more?
I could really care less about the money since it was bought with a $15 credit, but still, if it was my money i would be pretty upset over that. Did they think I didnt keep my original invoice?
I am very upset that they did this. If i would have been notified of the change BEFORE my items shipped it wouldnt be as big of a problem.
I will NEVER do business with them again. I have unsubscribed to their emails and now I just want to spread the word on this company.
