Well, for starters, we ordered a PC through eBay from a company called buyessex, and they sent the PC through FedEx. FedEx never delivered it, and neither business is willing to make things right after many attempts. My mom is stuck without her computer, because the driver for FedEx said he left it on our porch, and that is a lie. Myself, my mom and my neighbor were sitting 3 feet from the front door the day it was to be delivered, and the truck never pulled into our apartment complex.
So do not trust FedEx drivers. They steal and then do not make it right. Now my mom is out of a computer, and she is living with my grandma, who cannot be left alone at all anymore. The computer was my mom's way of having something to do as well as staying in touch with us.
Thank you very much.
