I've had ADT for 2 decades and appreciate God my agreement has ended with (I really hope). For around the firt 6-7 weeks of service, we did not have service. We'd their specialist emerge to repair our bodies but he'd blame our cable organization (comcast) for that issues and explained that I'd to get hold of comcast to repair the problems. And so I had Comcast emerge plus they were not able to identify the issue. Works out that the mouse or some animal had consumed through my phone cable in my own crawlspace and so I spliced the cables together and tadah!!! The machine worked. This informs me the specialist never examined the wiring within the first place.
Our second main problem with them is whenever we closed for that support, we were informed when the telephone point was actually cut that ADT might instantly be informed the wiring have been interfered with. That obviously did not occur since I have was without support for around 7 weeks.
Finally, our two-year contract is up. I named to stop our support and also the customer support representative wouldn't allow me stop since my spouse closed the agreement, not me. I am the main one whois payment data they've. Anyway, I'd her speak with the support repetition plus they nevertheless wouldn't stop simply because they stated they just offered out 3-year agreements which it was the agreement we'd. Positive thing I've a duplicate of our agreement! Therefore we examine our agreement verbatim declaring our 2-year responsibility together. The service representative stated our service could be ended but we never obtained a of our canceled support. And because you need to provide them with A - 30 day notice before eliminating, I've to cope with yet another sh@tty month of support. I'll need to contact them tomorrow to ensure our support was ended to ensure that this doesn't drag-on any longe
