We named Direct TV nowadays bc we're considering eliminating our support and changing to wire. Whenever we talked to some repetition he advised us that people have been in a-2 year agreement through 2010. Not the case, we closed a-2 year agreement in November/ December and our 24 months has since terminated. He explained that after our previous HD radio quit functioning (after having it just for under 24 months within our preliminary agreement) a DirecTV service-man attempted to repair our previous container but wound up providing us a brand new one.
The DirecTV representative informed us that by obtaining a new recipient, this instantly closed us up to get a fresh 2-year contract and we'd need to spend a charge to obtain out-of our new agreement.
We spend the DIRECTV Protection Plan Regular to ensure that we're lined if something similar to this occurred. We shall not be tricked into this new 2-year agreement. I'm likely to without a doubt stop our DirecTV today but I'll not spend any additional charge. We didn't subscribe to a brand new 2-year agreement!!!
