I bought to some multiple - year SiriusXM agreement after I bought my automobile. I simply acquired a notice (Jan)—exactly the same evening the support ceased operating—to inform me the support could be ended easily did not spend. I had been not informed the support was actually arriving due!!! I named to re-up my agreement and was informed that I should first spend both weeks (November & December) which were not protected underneath the first agreement since the support was still obtainable in my automobile. Okay, I gave her my creditcardnumber and he or she charged me for all those 8 weeks. I re-increased for another year simply to be informed that my year agreement may proceed to finish in Nov. The representative assisting me was in Asia and so I thought perhaps there is an issue that she did not realize that a-one year agreement is in the day the agreement is set up and compensated—in this instance, January thru Jan, when I had previously paid her for November and Dec. I described that she'd only gotten cost for November thru December, which producing my twelve months agreement retro-active back again to November I had been today spending twice for November and December—the very first time she charged me individually for all those weeks as well as in the main one year contract retro-active back again to Nov. She stated the machine does not enable her to alter my payment day towards the new month and new agreement. I expected her to get rid of the cost and she declined. Clearly, today I should obtain the charge card organization included which is just a genuine discomfort within the bottom. I want there is another organization that to select!
