I've had DSL Support for over annually with Sisna DSL. The particular DSL Company was not pretty bad, but I came across another DSL ISP. I named Sisna DSL to ask about eliminating support which I went to stop support after I achieved my 12 months duty. They offered me the required info on that I ought to call and where you can deliver my rented device after my agreement has terminated. The support representative explained when he joined the demand to stop, one more $100 would be billed. He recommended me to ask July 29th. I created that preliminary call that was phone on May 12 of July. I called back on July 29th and required that I no further require their solutions and that my consideration to become shut. My agreement had been satisfied by me. A few times later, I examined my mail and that I discovered a contact that stated that I've not taken care of September 06’s DSL service. That day I named Sisna and that I talked in payment to some woman. She explained that I had a need to purchase September since I didn't provide notice on my termination to 30 day’s. I'd informed her that I named on May 12th, but she explained about eliminating service that I just asked. I and that I informed her and the support representative, respectively that I'd every purpose after my agreement ended of eliminating my support. Actually the support representative on May 12th recommended me to ask the 29th of July. Today, Sisna is seeking me to cover my DSL support of around $52.00. I WOn't spend and I’m likely to combat this!
