I had been making city on the 3-week holiday when my security-system transpired. There is a four to five-day delay to obtain a scheduled appointment having a specialist. After I described my conditions, I had been informed they might deliver somebody out for a crisis condition at $85.00 one hour. This event brought me to stop my support, which had 2 weeks left about the agreement. I settled the extra 2 weeks, but I extended to get expenses. The client service representative stated that organization reps had named me twice to persuade me to maintain the support, but since I have did not return their calls my agreement was expanded for another year. I requested that the backup of the plan be delivered to my lawyer. It was never delivered. After I called back again to statement that their plan procedures for stretching my support hadn't been obtained, I then found out they had changed the records within their pc: eliminating the truth that I'd ended my support prior to the conditions of the agreement. A boss declined to talk to me. Our bill was delivered to a group company.
