Dear Sir / Madame, I m a Employee of Hilton Hotel, I m married guy with 2 kids, I m working as a server in Room Service (Part time) its do sound you that I m making alot of hell money as a tip which is mostly ppl think but they don't know that first we get the minimum wages per hr and then we rely on tips totaly but unfortunately the 30% part of the tips goes to taxes, so what we save funny... During my probation period from 23-04 to 01-09 but I make almost 820.50 hrs and then I get injured and get fracture in my foot and was not able to work in hotel for approximately 1-1/2 months, during this accident I didn't get any kind of money from "union" union don't care what happened to me just ignore me badly and but they do care about diducting money from my pay checks... Now after this situation, I was so dipressed and taking medication for that, the Union work for "UNITE HERE LOCAL 75" that this is what you do when someone is in trouble having hard time to feed his family, I m the only one who feed his family and family depend on me, I work like a donkey in hotel and looking for his rights, this is the time when I need you because I pay for it... But you didn't care at all and diducting money from my pay checks for what? When you don't support me in hard time when I need you? I do send the letter to Soben and you know what they said that u r not a full time So, we can't cover you, So, why they diduct money from my pay check then what for? Why I pay dues to union for nothing? Now the question is why u diduct money from my pay check when u can't help me, when I need you, what for? Is this the justice? Is this right for me? What kind of rule or law is this? I really don't understand it, which make me upset day by day and where I'll go to get my right and who solve my problems... I'll appreciate if u'll solve my problem, because I have to get my right and survive in this country like you. Looking forward for ur reply. Thanks & Regards Tariq Ahmed
