There was no compassion when it came to my termination they didnt care that me and my family had no where to live just as long i made it in to work and on time. I provided documentation for all my appointments and still i was bullied in meetings, ive been threaten with terminations after they felt my homeless situation was taken to much of time at work. I tried to explain that i have to comply with dhs in order to keep my temporary housing. If i didnt comply with dhs my family and i would have been placed in another shelter.
Now they are fighting me on my unemployment. This management team is a bunch of unprofessional liars. They told u. I that i displayed misconduct then i received a second notice that saying i abandoned my job. Neither one is true they terminated me. The termination letter should prove it to the letter.
I have so much to say when it come to this company but it seems that the company keeps coming out on top because this type of behavior is acceptable. No one of a higher level will do anything to protect the employees. Looking for help from the union is just a waist of time. The union gets they money every pay period out of your check automatically. But they dont provide you with any real help for your union dues. They pocket every employees earnings except for the regional management & supvs. I swear i have this feeling that the union is "in bed" with the binder's
this whole situation needs to be heard by the public and im quite sure after the public hears the testimony of past employee things will be seen diffrently when it comes to the binder's
