Greatfunsite.com Can't cancel membership. Charged my credit card. Did not provide mailed info. Calls disconnect account 98579682. Automated says acct by name

Have tried to cancel membership account 6857968 by phone. Calls get disconnected. Website doesn't come up. I do NOT want my bank account debited or charge card billed for this alleged theater discount program. I got through once. The said I would get both an email AND the information packet they should have mailed to my home. I have received nothing and the cancellation period will expire shortly.
