Robert Sutton contacted us through MySpace about booking services, and album promotion. I am skeptical by nature, but as you can read in the other claims here, he is knowledgable and a smooth talker. He's reassuring. We have played in Seattle many times and have friends there, and so the cross-country agent did not seem problematic to us. We talked to him and went back and forth many times before deciding to give him a chance.
Bottom line - he took our money and our merchandise (why he would ask us to send so many CD's when he wasn't going to do anything with them I have no idea), and was elusive until we had to give up. I would seriously consider hiring someone to kick this guy's ass. He is a complete slime-ball and crook. Please not not EVER give him any of your money.
If any artists here are going to take him to court, I will gladly lend testimony and other support. This guy should be in jail.
