Ripoff Still Charging after Cancelled Membership Bad Customer Service No Help

We have attempted to cancel our membership with freecreditreport.com for the past month and a half. When I called the number on the website in Septemeber, I was informed via automated system that I had to e-mail: [email protected]. I did so. The charge still cleared. I e-mailed again; the charge just cleared for the second month today.

Now on the website, they give a different e-mail to use now. I have e-mailed them recently. If they do not cancel the membership today, I suppose we'll have to put a stop payment on them from our credit union. If that doesn't work, I will pursue other options.

DO NOT use this company. Even if you assume you'll cancel during the first "free" month, you will not be able to do so. It's a trap I wish I had realized before going through this mess.
