Company is e-bay based. Ordered video and sent money order. Never got video even though he responded to me via e-mail that he got my money order and would be sending it out. (I kept all of the e-mails.) After about 3 weeks, I still had not received the video. I contacted him via e-mail and asked for a refund. Per his response e-mail, I e-mailed the required information to get my refund and he never responded to me again, even after several attempts on my part to contact him using e-bay's help. Since my bogus transaction, he has apparently ripped off other e-bayers as well. As of this writing, it has been 4 months since the initial transaction and I still have not received a response from him or a refund.
