Ordered video professor on line 2/4 video ordered windows XP. Price $6.95 money taken from account 09 feb $6.95 01 mar $69.95 08 mar $6.95

Recieved first video THE INTERNET on 3/12/04 called told them they sent wrong video received windows XP video 3/17/04.

Mar 22 got bank statement in mail saw where they took out 3 times call 1-800-525-7763 told send back for full refund. Given return # spre420086

Returned both video's by return receipt (the internet video still sealed) recieved by video professor on 3/25/04

Called 1-800-525-7763 on 4/08/04 was told takes 15 "working" for refunds 04/19/04 called again about refund was told would recieve within 72 hours call 04/22/04 was told they just recieved the returned video's in the mail today and would recieve a refund from 30 to 60 days
