We ordered two DVDs July 12th, and the internet seller immediately deducted funds from our account. Never received the items. At least 2 dozen emails we've sent, and many, many phone calls we 've made. They never answer the phone, machine only comes on. WE have never received a phone call back.
When we emailed that we were filing a fraud report, they emailed back within 2 hours, stating they had gone ahead and shipped the DVDS... But alas, time goes by, no DVDs, no emails... Once they got our money out of our account, they disappeared. Beware!
