After paying $5,000 for supposedly VIP service at the 2011 Coachella Valley Music Festival to Valley Music Travel, a unit of CID Entertainment, we have been evaded from receiving even a status call on a claim of injury and property damage caused by an employee of the company. Our claim has been outstanding for four months and despite promises from the president to resolve we have heard nothing.
On one occasion last month, the company president offered learn the status and scheduled a time the next day to discuss. His assistant called at the scheduled time and asked for the call to be postponed for another day. He never called. We call regularly and each tme are promised some follow up, but have only heard once. If this is how CID Entertainment respond to those who pay the highest price, how do they treat everybody else?
