Charged for tickets that never arrived in the mail

On Jan. 9th 2011 I bought 3 seats to determine Adam Carolla reside in Napa Ca. On Feb. 4th from Ticketmaster. I've been applying Ticketmaster for some decades without any problems. Our charge card was billed $156 & change. The seats never found its way to the email. Per week prior to the display, I e mailed Ticketmaster to see them that my seats hadn't struck my mail however. I actually donot understand if anyone actually study that email. About the night of the display I named my 2 buddies that I had been getting & advised them the ideas were ended. On Friday I named Ticketmaster & after leaping thru many hoops I talked using a human. He looked up my deal and educated me that "THE SEATS HAD NEVER BEEN PUBLISHED" This describes why they never got shipped in my experience. I expected him to get a reimbursement or perhaps a raincheck for another display. He set me on-hold shortly, delivered after talking to his supervisor & advised me that "there is nothing we are able to do for you personally" NADA, S.O.L. This really is undesirable for Ticketmaster to deal with their clients in this way. I've questioned the cost with my charge card business. I'll NEVER use Ticketmaster again!!!
