I've been a legitimate person and truthful person of StubHub.com for a long time. I purchase and sell plenty of seats on StubHub.com. I've never had a problem or something negitive in my own bill background to express otherwise.
I offered four Tiesto show seats in September for a meeting in Sept in a university. The cost was $306.00 for that four seats. The seats were PDF seats that I acquired through the fanclub. I'd them published onto StubHub.com so the vendor got them quickly. At about 1am (an time following the show was out), I obtained a contact saying the customer stated these were refused at access). Stubhub stated that easily don't challenge they'll cost me for that seats along with a charge. I named them the following day to challenge also it was a run-around with rude customer support. I had been informed that given that they weren't ticketmaster tickets which I chilly not observe them on the location check statement (eventhough the location wouldn't supply one) that they can rull in support of the customer. They explained they wouldn't cost me but decuct the cost from my next purchase. Additionally they included a $100.00 charge to it without any explanation.
The problem I'm having is the fact that I offered and submitted through the website legitimate seats towards the occasion. I've never cheated anybody before never through StubHub. The character of this occasion was most likely not the very best because it was in a celebration university and who understands what occurred towards the individuals with the seats.
I am aware thats what stubhubs "plan" states... Virtually mess the vendor and dont actually use him about the telephone.
So that they state that they'll withhold it in the next cost... However I obtain a contact recently stating please update a payment process so we are able to consider the $406.00 your debt us today. That's not likely to occur. I'm not paying upfront today 306.00 in legitimate seats that I offered after which $100.00 charge for who understands what.
StubHub you need to truly consider circumstances having a better strategy subsequently being rude towards the vendor. I offered ACTUAL seats, am a respected client, and today you're likely to get rid of a lot of company. If somebody caused me that might be another account. I'll probably be processing another criticism.
