Contacted them through email & never received an answer. I complained about defective DVD

I was having trouble finding the Little Mermaid DVD for a gift for our granddaughter. Was happy to find it on Internet through "Sim DVDs.com. It came on time but the envelope it came in was from Thailand & I was suspicious. It was also rattling inside so I opened it & it had just come lose. So I decided to play it just incase it didn't work. Well, it worked but I didn't play it all the way through. When the DVD was played by our daughter in law that it quite part way through. I contacted Sim immdeiately (1/31/10) and have heard nothing since (1/10). Thank goodness we're only out $17.98 but still it's a rip off.
