I ordered a gift box set of MONK dvd series (complete season) from this company. When it arrived, the box was broken and the discs inside were numbered exactly the same (no way to tell which season is which), one of the discs will not play, there is Asian script all over the discs, and they resemble the dvds one can get burned at a deployed location for about 20 bucks.
I contacted the company to let them know of my complaints and that their contact number was bad b/c no one ever answers and the mailbox is full. To this, Alan Bell with the company refutes all of my points and ensures they only distribue "quality products" and that if I would like to mail the defective disc back for a replacement, they would do that.
This does not solve all of my complaints at all and I am being ignored. They only answer emails selectively and avoid responding to all of the complaint. I let him know that I would be reporting his company and gave him ample time to resolve the issue, but no response received after a week.
This disputre has been on going for about one month and I am going to have to get rid of these bootleg discs (not store quality at all) and purchase a gift set locally.
