Okay, let us start! In January I moved below to East Orange NJ! I initially desired DirecTV (I REALLY LIKE SATELLITE), but discovered this building just permitted sheisty Wire to become mounted, since DirecTV just desired their support and never Wire to possess any feedback below... Hence producing Comcast the agreement champion

Not that I am downing Comcasts service, since I'venot had horrible service. ANYHOW...

There is an offer when I registered due to their Triple-Play Agreement, that I'd get a $200.00 Giftcard

Okay, since I have work with a Wire organization, I understand how this moves. And so I considered to myself, Hmmm. Great. I'll take action. And so I registered. The conditions clearly agreed this was a 24-month AGREEMENT, which beginning with Month 13, my cost might improve by in my opinion $20 bucks.

I'd have to match the necessity to pay for by statement PROMPTLY each month for a few months... Ninety days. I've DONE THAT

To Miss all of the in between, since I understand that a number of you fools like myself, curently have experienced this... It's Today Nov and that I still don't possess a Gift-Card.

I've increased this to some Corporate grievances degree, and that I still don't possess a Gift-Card

IN MY OPINION COMCAST HAS BREACHED THEIR AGREEMENT, in wrongly obtaining me to register due to their support without actually producing great on the present. That's SCAM

Since this can be a deal, I'm unable to alter my degree of support without experiencing A CHARGE

I'd like from Comcast... An irritation credit, add up to one weeks service credit.

They've agreed to CREDIT MY ACCOUNT, the $200.00. Which was not listed included in the terms of the contract after i registered, when they do not deliver a gift-card, they'll credit my account. Hence, they're attempting to ensure it is easier on themselves to simply clean this underneath the carpet and behave like it never occurred, by producing this kind of offer.

Do I've a knee to remain on? Or I screwed?

The girl in the Corporate escalation team, claims that she's investigated it and he or she has been informed that I'll need to delay another thirty days. That's darn near a whole year, that I'll have waited.

This other man called Ron from Corporate left me a voice-mail communication a couple weeks before, and explained the card ought to be in my own mail by March 20th... WHICH WAS A REST

I asked Debbie in the Corporate Escalations group to provide me a weeks credit for that trouble, because of what I'm is just a break of agreement. She explained... Let us delay till we obtain the gift-card for you. After which they are able to evaluate if my demand has any value.

I believe she's laying, simply because they don't have any motives of giving something special card

What do I really do?
