No Refund Received

I submitted my request for a refund over a month ago. I was informed by Dave, who now no longer works for the company that I would have to request my $100 refund in writing, I did so, mailed it off and waited the 14 days. I then called everyday for the past two weeks and am still getting the run around saying the Ryans the only one who handles this and he is never in or answers his phone. I got a live body today who said they would transfer me to management and low and behold another voicemail. So I left a message again today. I will be informing everyone not to use this service. I want my money back!!!
