Direct TV over billed me 500.00 After taking out last month's service it is now 411.00
I put in a request for a refund. I was told it would take 30 days. Ohio law allows for 30 days for a refund. Today March 16th is the 31st day. Of course my refund has not been sent.
I called twice today. Customer Service said they would " Experdit " it.
I called tonight, (at this point, after numberous calls and emails, I just don't trust them)
I was told, the 1st request (31 days old) had been stopped 1 minute after it was submitted.
Not deined, but was stopped.
Now I'm told it will be another 11 days before getting my refund. I'm sure it will be reduced by another month's service.
Not once was I offered a month's free service (just to say sorry).
If you do not keep calling and checking, Direct TV will just lose the request, or blame non payment on a stroke of a miss placed keyboard.
Enough is Enough.
