Canceled with-in the 30 day money back gtd. But still no refund

I signed up for a online business that had a 30 day trial period. I signed up on 4/28, sent them a request to cancel 1st on 5/11 (and if I click on their cancel button next to each product it says "Existing Cancel Request: A cancellation request
for the following service exists: Simple Home Wealth System Pro [v1] was submitted on 05-11 16:15: 15 PST. We have received your cancellation request. Ancellation requests are handled in the order in which they were received. To follow up on your cancellation request, please respond to the original cancellation ticket." I got a email from a Adam R. Requesting I give it a little longer, So I said I would. I still did not understand how it worked & sent another request on 5/15 (just few days later) to completely cancel & refund everything. I have since sent request at least 3-4 times a month, sometimes every other day. I also resent every e-mail or confirmation of service tickets I have submitted twice in the last couple of weeks. I tried on-line chat & phone but they say they can not change a account unless its via support ticket (as I stated I have sent probably around 30 or so) not only have they not refunded me yet (even though it was less then a month) they keep charging me every month (94.78) they will not answer me or help me. I dont kn ow what to do. They have stolen from me and
still are. I have a few e-mails to prove that I did cancel more then once in the 30 day period.
