My story repeats others filed on here. Placed an order with Home Brands, which they canceled after a few weeks, and then I get the charge from Comm Services LLC.in early May, this $9.95 charge appeared on my card, and I immediately get an email regarding the transaction as I do all my transactions. My card is a PayPal Mastercard debit card, so I called PayPal, who wanted to treat it like a normal merchant dispute. I am currently trying to agitate greater action on the part of the credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard) and credit card issuers (PayPal, your local bank, etc.) and the authorities.in fact, as I was writing this I got a return call from a local Sheriff's Deputy. I am filing a report, and I contacting the above mentioned parties, including my legislators. There needs to be an entirely different mechanism for quickly identifying fraud as opposed to a "merchant dispute", and then very quickly shutting these people down.
