Een with netflix for two years, good service up to about the last 8 mos. Since blu-ray you have to wait up to 2 weeks or more before you get a new release, talked to customer service many times same story we are working on it, new netflix ad brags about increasing its membership by over 20% but they cannot take care of its current members, (1 day shipping) well guess what... It seems to be getting worse. And if you ask them for a price adjustment, sorry we cannot do that, it seems if they started giving back money maybe the problem would be solved
