I have a fraudulent charge on my Mastercard bill for $79.99. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I also requested that this company be barred from additional charges. I was told that it is not the policy of Visa/Mastercard to bar any charges from a disreputable company, only to record the complaint and dispute the charge. With over 1600 complaints and more to come this means many hours of dispute intervention on the part of of Visa/Mastercard - now you know why consumer interest rates are so high!

I suggest that everyone write a complaint to them in addition to disputing the charge and reporting your complaint on consumer complaints. Consumers must hold the credit card companies partially responsible for CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!!
