Worst Limo Service -Very Bad Service

On Friday Oct. 3 I and some friends reserved a limo from this company for a Girl's Nite Out. We were going to see the Chippendale at the Stockton Moose Lodge 9035 Davis Rd. Stockton, Ca. 95209. We needed their services for 6 hrs. Were ask them to arrive at approx 6-6:15
we were all very excited about our evening out, we planned to have a lot of fun, relaxing, listening to music, chatting all us girls on the drive up and back,
well the whole evening was ruined when about 5 minutes into our destination, we tried to play some music, well to our MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT, THE CD PLAYER DID NOT WORK, SEEMS THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE THAT USED THE LIMO HAD JAMMED A CD IN THE PLAYER AND THEREFORE THE PLAYER WAS BROKEN.
As if that wasn't bad enough, being that was one of the things we were looking forward to, the inside lights of the limo were not working either,
so we had to drive up to and back from our destination without music, without lights.
Total dissappointment, NO MUSIC AND SITTING IN TOTAL DARKNESS, OUR GIRLS nite out which we looked forward to for months was totally ruined,
our special night turned into a NIGHTMARE.
To make a bad situation worse, the driver did not close the window between him & us in the back at all, we had no privacy what so ever. Another thing is he took the river road which took twice as long to get ot our destination,
and yet another dissapointment as if it had not been enough already, the driver dropped us off at our destination and told us to call him on his cell phone when we were ready to leave, when the event was over. We exited the building and called him to let him know it was over, when we came outside it had began raining, so we stood out in the waiting for the limo to come pick us up. WELL IT TOOK THE LIMO 25-30 MINUTES TO ARRIVE.
I had to call the main office to let hem know that the limo has not arrived to pick us up and that we were standing in the rain, they told me they would call him, there was no need for us to have to stand in the rain waiting to be picked-up.
We paid alot of money for a pleasureable evening and it turned out to be a nightmare. I immediately the next morning first thing, send the limo office an e-mail letting them know about all that had been wrong with the limo and the whole nite. No response, so i tried again and again, i must of wrote them half a dozen times, i went as far a contacting the exective of the company, again no response to my messages... Not a word, not an apologie, nothing
they did not even acknowledge the e-mails.
In my opinion this is not the way to treat a paying customer, we paid good money for their service and we did not get what we paid for,
that is very unprofessional of a company to not even acknowledge my messages and concerns.
They promised on a contract a service for a fee that they did not deliver. Please contact them and get copies of whatever you need, they have everything, and thank you in advance,
i work veryhard for my money i can not afford to throw away my money like that, i made sacrafices to be able to afford a what was meant to be a well deserved nite out with friends.
I am very very disappointed with the ways the services were given and mostly with the way my concerns were never adressed by them, i was totally not acknowledged, i was ignored.
