Ripoff limousine service with worst customer service possible, evening turned into a stressful, rushed, & often interrupted experience

The main causes for our dissatisfaction w / Five Towns Limousine, LTD service:

1 The limo was over a half an hour late

2 The limo driver, Ray, was not wearing a tuxedo as promised

3 The limo driver, Ray, did not listen to our instructions regarding the rescheduled itinerary that we created due to his tardiness

4 The limo driver, Ray, was not attentive regarding our returning to the limo after stops because he was on his mobile phone

5 The limo driver, Ray, made us feel like he was rushing us the entire evening

6 The limo driver, Ray, was unnecessarily intrusive regarding our privacy when in the limo, asking twice if he could keep the privacy partition down.

7 The limo driver, Ray, returned us to our hotel after only three & one half hours when the limo was booked for four hours

8 The limo did not have a fully functional sound system

9 The limo had a bottle of champagne, but no champagne glasses

10 We did not arrive at our destination at the appropriate time in order to perform our Commitment Ceremony at the designated time of 8:20pm.

Bottom line, the altering of the time schedule because of the late arrival of the limo upset our entire evening. What should have been a nice & leisurely two-hour champagne picnic dinner in a luxury limo after the most important event of our relationship, turned into a stressful, rushed, & often interrupted experience.

When I complained to John Erbis, the owner, & asked for a refund of a portion of the service charge due to our dissatisfaction, his solution was to give us 1 hour free worth of limousine service for every 2 hours you book with us in the future, one time only, providing you would be willing to not send in the negative customer review to Limos.com.

I refused the offer, as I would not be blackmailed. I prefer to tell the truth & rate the poor service that I received. Otherwise, what good is this limos.com rating service? I believe that other customers should get the real story regarding Five Towns Limousine service so they can make an informed choice as to which limousine service they select.

John Erbis did refund the $36 for the half-hour of rental time we did not receive, but overcharged us $8 in all — $260 instead of $252.

I am willing to share any & all e-mail correspondence between John Erbis & myself regarding this issue. (Including the one wherein he writes, And you are not a nice person.) Just contact me by using the rebuttal box for the details.
