I ordered a complete DVD series for $100 $20 shipping on Nov. 30. I used a Visa check card to pay for my purchase and it was charged almost immediately.
I have emailed them repeatedly and each time get a response from a different person. Each person has a gmail email address. They provided me with a tracking number after I sent them an email, but the tracking number doesn't appear to be valid.
I've been told for two weeks that the shipment is being prepared for shipment at the origination point, which appears to be China Peoples Republic. I have emailed them again demanding a refund.
I am going to file a fraudulent report with Visa through my bank. The more fraud reports filed with Visa will speed the investigation and refunds should come sooner. If you have been ripped off by this company, please file a report with your bank.
I urge everyone to avoid this site at all times I was told I would have my merchandise in 8-12 business days. Now they say it's still at the point of origin being prepared for shipment. I only hope I can get my $120 back.
