I recently signed up for DisneyMovieRewards and redeemed the Special Offer for an Enchanted Phone Call. I completed the information and the website said the item was redeemed, but it did not ask for a telephone number or name for the redemption so I returned to the same page and it said that I had already redeemed the item. I then contacted customer service by using their web contact form, mentioning that this item was for my daughters birthday. I recieved the confirmation that I would hear back within 3 business days. A week later I attempted to redeem a reward for a free (plus shipping) Kevin doll from the movie Up! I entered my information but the "next" button wouldn't work (yes credit card was valid and correct) I tried 5 times but to no avail. I then contacted customer support again and re-iterated that I still had not received a response from my first email. 3 days later I sent another email advisng them that I still had not received a response and that my daughters birthday was now in 3 days. I again tried to redeem the reward but it still states that I have already used the item. My daughters birthday has now passed and our rewards and emails are still with Disney. I only wonder what would happen if we had tried to redeem our points?
Very disappointed.
