I have ordered the DVD" HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE Dame 2" from Disney movie rewards using my 850 reward points on 05/03/10, and got an email from Disney movie rewards telling me that the DVD was shipped on 05/05/10 by US MEDIA MAIL but until now 05/17/10, I still have not received the DVD. I have emailed the company three times and got no reply.
