Reward Points redeemed but not given the reward

On June 2 I redeemed 4500 points earned in participating in numerous surveys by Reward Port Inc. These points earned were to give me a $10.00 Amazon gift card. I have contacted the Website support and also sent a letter to the company with no reponse. Please advise
